    "description": "The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA), through the\nDrinking Water Inspectorate (DWI), a unit within DAERA, has a statutory responsibility for\nprivate water supplies under the Water and Sewerage Services Order (Northern Ireland)\n2006. This is implemented through The Private Water Supplies Regulations (Northern\nIreland) 2017 which requires a sampling and analysis programme to be put in place and\nmaintained for all private water supplies registered under these regulations (Regulations 9 -\n12).\nTherefore DWI requires a Supplier to undertake the collection, transportation, analysis and\nreporting of results for samples of drinking water taken by local council officers from private water supplies across Northern Ireland under The Private Water Supplies Regulations\n(Northern Ireland) 2017.",
