Due to a lack of storage space within the Sites, the need for \u201cjust in time\u201d delivery shall be a key requirement of the contract as well as storage of the Emergency Linen to be used as part of the Authority\u2019s Laundry Service Business Continuity Plan.\nEmergency Linen shall be relied upon in Emergency/Urgent Requests whereby the Authority\u2019s internal laundry services teams are unable to launder linen (E.g. due to machinery breakdown). This Emergency Linen must be available for delivery to the Authority\u2019s Site(s) within 24 hours of request.",
