    "description": "West Sussex County Council is procuring a Hospital Discharge Care Service provision in the Coastal West area of West Sussex.\nThe services will be provided to Services Users who are referred by Sussex Community (NHS) Foundation Trust (SCFT) and West Sussex County Council (WSCC).\nThe tender is split into two (2) separate Lots, which are spilt based on geographical area. The areas included within each Service are detailed below:\no Coastal West- Chichester\no Coastal West- Bognor\nThe geographical Lots will ensure equitable service provision across the Western Coastal area of West Sussex.
