Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation.\nPlease note late returns will NOT be permitted and clarification questions must be generated via the correspondence option on the website. \nThe Contract requires delivery of Mechanical \u0026 Electrical installations to domestic and light commercial properties, including but not\nrestricted to:\nRe-wires\nFuseboard upgrades\nExtract fan upgrades both kitchen and bathroom\nLoft lights and switch\nSpurs and isolators on kitchen appliances which will need to be engraved\nDistribution board and armoured cable rewire to outhouses\nRe-lamping to upgrade to the most energy efficient products\nPhotovoltaic installations\nEnergy efficient heating systems including air source heat pumps and consideration of ground source heat pumps\nBoiler replacements including radiator and pipework upgrades for Air Source Heat Pump in the future\nRadiator, pipework and valve upgrades to properties fuelled by commercial boilers\nCommercial lighting upgrades in communal areas including automatic presence detectors and LUX adjustment lighting\nSection boards and submain upgrades and check meters\nBMS upgrades to commercial plantrooms\nOutside lighting to Sheltered Housing Units (SHU\u2019s) and General Needs blocks\nAsset tagging and registering of M\u0026E equipment including the provision of schematic drawings of SHU\u2019s",
