It is expected that this Framework will be awarded to a number of suppliers which will enable the Contracting Authority to source goods elsewhere\nPoor quality products supplied\nManagement of the quality of products is required by the the request of sample copies. Some suppliers may not supply these which can cause an issue if a complaint is received from direct delivery\nDamaged deliveries\nMost suppliers now use third party couriers which as sub contractors. A time limit should be set for the submission of fully completed quote responses.
