Waiver - Sole Trader Reasons - Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) provision for rough sleepers, to reduce associated risks of increased harm during winter months due to weather. Provision of 20 bed spaces 7 days per week, during the active months to provide emergency shelter, support and assistance to individuals rough sleeping. Provision includes essential items to preserve life (food, clothing etc), trained support staff on site and concierge presence to maintain safety.
