The works will include: \n\u2022 Site preparation and demolition of existing fence. \n\u2022 Earthworks, grading and sub-base preparation. \n\u2022 Installation of drainage systems. \n\u2022 Construction of reinforced concrete skatepark elements (bowls, ramps, platforms, coping). \n\u2022 Installation of street-style features (rails, ledges, stairs). \n\u2022 Perimeter works including pathways and landscaping. \n\u2022 Site clean-up, quality checks, and handover. \n2. Methodology \n 2.1 Mobilisation \n\u2022 Establish site compound, temporary fencing and signage. \n\u2022 Set out works in accordance with approved design drawings. \n\u2022 Conduct pre-start meetings with subcontractors and suppliers. \n2.2 Site Preparation \n\u2022 Clear vegetation, debris and unsuitable materials. \n\u2022 Carry out excavation to design levels. \n\u2022 Import and compact subgrade fill where required. \n2.3 Drainage \u0026 Utilities \n\u2022 Install sub-surface drainage to prevent water pooling. \n\u2022 Connect to existing stormwater infrastructure. \n\u2022 Install conduits for future lighting and services. \n2.4 Concrete Works \n\u2022 Coping and edging hot dipped galvanised. Cut ends to be treated with corrosion resistant paint system \n\u2022 Formwork, steel reinforcement and shotcrete application for bowls and ramps. \n\u2022 Machine finishing followed by hand-trowelling for smooth riding surfaces. \n\u2022 Expansion joints, coping stones and steel edges installed. \n2.5 Ancillary Works \n\u2022 Install prefabricated hot dipped galvanised rails, ledges and modular features. \n\u2022 Construct pathways, seating areas and viewing zones. \n\u2022 Landscape the surrounding area. \n3. Health, Safety \u0026 Environmental Management \n\u2022 Works to be carried out in accordance with [local construction safety legislation]. \n\u2022 Dust suppression and noise control measures. \n\u2022 Daily toolbox talks and risk assessments. \n\u2022 Waste management and recycling plan. \n\u2022 Public safety maintained through secure site fencing and restricted access.\n\u2022 Working hours 0800 to 1700.\n\u2022 All operatives working on site should have relevant CSCS cards.",
