    "description": "The successful Supplier will be required to provide catering and hospitality services for Bohunt Education Trust. \n10 schools are part of the tender, and we are seeking tender submissions for the whole contract.\nThe Bohunt Education Trust is a well-established Multi Academy Trust situated across, Berkshire, Hampshire, and West Sussex and will include at the commencement of this contract the following schools where the successful contractor will be required to deliver a service and meet the requirements of the specification at each school from the contract commencement.\nThe schools which will be part of the tender are:\n 9 - Secondary Schools 1 \u2013 Primary delivered provision \n\u2022Bohunt School \u2013 Liphook, Longmoor Road, Liphook, Hampshire, GU30 7NY\n\u2022The Petersfield School, Cranford Road, Petersfield, Hampshire, GU23 3LU\n\u2022Bohunt Wokingham, Remount Drive, Arborfield, Reading, Berkshire RG2 9GB\n\u2022The Costello School, Crossborough Hill, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 4AL\n\u2022Bohunt Farnborough, Neville Duke Road, Farnborough, GU14 9BY\n\u2022Bohunt Horsham, Bailey Road, Horsham, RH12 6AP\n\u2022Bohunt School Worthing, 65a Broadwater Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN14 8AH\n\u2022Priory Southsea, Fawcett Road, Southsea, Hampshire PO4 0DL\n\u2022Steyning Grammar School, Shooting Field, Steyning, West Sussex, BN44 3RX \n\u2022Rusper Primary School, 2 Cooks Mead, Rusper, Horsham RH12 4PU (No catering facilities - currently delivered service for FSMs)\nIn addition to this the Multi Academy Trust is expected to grow in the number of schools becoming part of the trust during this contract period, and the provision of catering services within these schools when they have joined the MAT will fall under the scope of this contract. The successful contractor will be expected to provide the service within these additional schools using the same costing model, ratio\u2019s etc they applied to their successful tender submission for the Bohunt Education Trust at the point of tender submission. The duration of the contract for these schools will not be increased, and they will join the contract for the remaining contract period that exists at the point of entry into the MAT.\nThe contract being tendered is for 3 years in duration from 1st September 2026 until 31st August 2029, with the option to extend for further terms of 1 +1 years on the same terms and conditions excluding the right to further extend. The contract will be guaranteed performance in nature.\nThe tender project is seeking to appoint a Contractor whose Initiative and innovation will be welcomed for the provision of all catering services within the trust. The high-quality service levels proposed, should maintain excellent standards throughout, resulting in a new food service offer with consistent high standards of food operations across all schools.\nRegular customer and parental engagement (using digital platforms and social media) will be required to ensure this is the case moving into the contract term.\nThese new standards of operation should meet the needs of pupil\u2019s moving forward into this contract term. \nThe contract at each school will operate on a guaranteed basis (return or subsidy) with all universal free school meals and free school meals being charged to the client monthly at net food cost only.
