    "description": "The Hub has provided support for Ukrainian guests on the \"Homes for Ukraine Scheme\", and for some Family Visa guests who have resided locally. The support has covered initial arrival issues, immediately after the guests have arrived in the UK or arrived in Southend. There has also been ongoing support that has been provided to guests as they have settled into life in Southend. ESOL classes have also been provided, and this is an expectation of the contract. These should be delivered at the Hub site, and further details are detailed later. The expectation is that the Hub provider will provide these classes directly, as our request is for these to be provided in addition to any other ESOL classes that are provided locally in Southend.\nThe Resettlement team is keen to commission a community focussed and locally based provider to provide a support service for Ukrainian guests in Southend- on -Sea.",
