    "description": "SITA is releasing this proposal (RFP) for London Heathrow approved temporary contract/consultancy resources and require commercials for rate cards covering Network infrastructure at London Heathrow as a Site. \r\n      \r\n      Service on behalf of SITA\r\n      \r\n      The Service Provider should be acting as SITA towards SITA customer (Heathrow Airport Limited) when delivering the Service.\r\n      \r\n      \r\n      Service Requirements\r\n      \r\n      There are a number of mandatory requirements and necessary tools to operate at Heathrow as a technical/physical installation provider, see below:\r\n      \r\n      1.\tThey must be a Heathrow infrastructure approved supplier/installer; in our case they will need the following:\r\n      \r\n      a.\tThe supplier must be approved by the PIAB (Physical Infrastructure Advisory Board) to obtain this approval the supplier must previously obtain the following:\r\n      i.\tCommScope (Heathrow approved cabling brand) certified company\r\n      ii.\tCommScope certified Engineers\r\n      iii.\tAirside passes\r\n      iv.\tAirside authorised and insured vehicles.\r\n      v.\tMinimum of ESR1 certified Engineers. \r\n      vi.\tEngineers commercially inducted.\r\n      vii.\tCSCS card or equivalent.\r\n      \r\n      b.\tWith all the above the supplier will need to be part of the Heathrow framework agreement with Anixter to be able to purchase the required Heathrow branded materials to carry out campus installations.\r\n      \r\n      c.\tAt least 1 of the engineers onsite per team must be a Black hat they must be:\r\n      \r\n      i.\t SSSTS (Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme)  or SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certify in order to meet Heathrow Health \u0026 Safety requirements.\r\n      \r\n      d.\tIPAF Certified to operate working at height equipment\r\n      \r\n      Specifically looking for temporary/consultancy resources as detailed below:\r\n      \r\n      Programme manager\r\n      Senior project manager\r\n      Project manager\r\n      Project co-ordinator\r\n      Senior business analyst\r\n      Business analyst\r\n      Senior solution architect\r\n      Solution architect\r\n      Senior solution designer\r\n      Solution designer\r\n      Senior Telecoms engineer\r\n      Network Implementation Manager\r\n      Project Deployment Engineer\r\n      Cabling Implementation Engineer",
