    "description": "Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking to establish a Framework for Energy Efficiency Retrofit \u2013 Electrical Building Services.\nThe purpose of this Framework is to support the Authority to deliver a range of electrical energy efficiency retrofit projects including LED lighting upgrades and solar photovoltaic installations at locations within Caerphilly County Borough.In line with Welsh Governments targets the Authority aims to be Net Zero by 2030.\nTo help achieve this target, the Authority intends to convert all of the lighting within its managed estate to LED format with appropriate controls included. Not only will this help achieve carbon reduction ambitions it will also assist with ensuring appropriate lighting levels are attained within those buildings.",
