    "description": "NHS England wishes to engage specialist support in setting up group clinics, for the purposes of the NHS developing its role in work coaching i.e. to report to NHS England if and how NHS-provided work coaching might be delivered in a group rather than one-to-one model. \nThis requirement is to purchase scoping (development) support from an expert in group clinics in NHS settings. \nThis requirement does not include establishing or evaluating group models for work coaching. It is scoping to inform those subsequent opportunities.\nThe context is that, while there exists evidence of group clinics delivering improved (or at least equivalent) outcomes across many pathways, there is an absence of evidence for their use in NHS-led support for employment, such as work coaching. \nThis project will provide hands-on scoping support (defined in section C below) to the three ICB Health and Growth Accelerators.
