    "procurementMethodRationale": "HR Connect entered into a contractual relationship with HubSpot for a two-year period in September 2023, which expire in September 2025. \nThe current system is continuing to be embedded within the business and currently meets the needs of the business.\nDue to the expiry of the minimum contract term, quotes were sought from a number of suppliers.\nTwo delivered quotations for services, however a third quote was not received.\nThis will be remediated by starting a process in January 2026 to compliantly secure a provider from September 2026 at the end of the proposed HubSpot contract.\nThe extension is for 12 months, September 2025 to August 2026. A compliant tender process will be conducted in advance of the expiry of the contract in \nAugust 2026.",
