The requirement is for a 4-year contract with an option for a +1yr extension. This degree programme is part of the RSA instructor development programme and also forms part of the RSA organisational learning strategy.\nMost GSC potential students will not have the required accredited Level 5 educational qualifications to begin a BA(Hons) programme. Huddersfield University have an applied accredited prior learning process to enable RSA students to enrol, when otherwise they would not be able to do so. The University recognise the successful completion of the GSC and professional development. The programme is delivered through a blend of residential and distance learning and also accept dissertations and projects that are work-based in the Defence training environment.",
