Lot Description: Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint an approved Scottish Government Single Building Assessment Consultant to carry out Single Building Assessments to 14 High Rises across Renfrewshire. These assessments are required to be carried out as part of the Cladding Remediation Programme that is administered by the Scottish Government. The Consultant appointed will carry out an initial gateway assessment to determine if a full single building assessment is required. If a full Single Building Assessment is required, they will carry this out and then the work will be verified by a different consultant from the appointed organisation. The Assessment and Verification process must be carried out in line with the Cladding Remediation Programme: Single Building Assessment Specification. Tenderers will provide a fixed price for the following: Initial Gateway Assessment Full Single Building Assessment Peer Review of Single Building Assessment Tenderers bidding for this Contract must be Scottish Government Approved Single Building Assessment Consultants. Additional information: Tenderers must be Scottish Government Authorised Single Building Assessment (SBA) Providers to bid for this Contract.
