    "description": "Hampshire County Council (HCC) has awarded the above named  framework to undertake its large and varied programme of work involving maintenance, new build, rationalisation and refurbishment of the County Council\u0027s and its clients\u0027 built estate, met by a variety of arrangements. As part of its asset and Risk Management programme, the County Council undertakes structural inspections of the built estate on a five-year rolling programme. The programme also includes specific items such as chimneys and boiler flues over 2m high, play and boundary walls, retaining walls, lighting grids, lofts, and other hidden roof spaces.\nHampshire County Council is the lead contracting authority, with the framework available for use by the following contracting authorities: Hampshire County Council, the Isle of Wight Council and Reading Borough Council.\nThe Framework Agreement is due to commence on 1st January 2026 and will be for a period of 4 years to 31st December 2029. The Authority may enter into Call-off Contracts with a Framework Supplier at any time during the term of the Framework Agreement, up until the date of expiry, by following the Call-off Procedure as detailed in this ITT and the Framework Specification.\nCall-off contracts under this framework agreement will be awarded by placing a call-off order for the services as and when required.",
