Description
Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) - a registered social housing landlord managing 14,000 homes for over 29,000 residents in South Manchester - is inviting suitably experienced contractors to tender for our forthcoming Re-Roofing Programme, commencing April 2026. The contract will cover: Complete re-roofing and chimney works Renewal of soffits, fascias and guttering Works across a range of property types, including standard two-storey homes and larger three-storey blocks Upgraded insulation to help reduce damp and mould issues The programme aims to replace around 300 roofs per year. The initial contract term is 3 years, with the option of two additional 12-month extensions, subject to performance and customer satisfaction.
