Two suppliers expressed an interest however never took part in the mini competition leaving the process with no tenders.  Given the failure of the tendering process the Council approached one of the suppliers on the Framework, to establish if they could deliver the services required.  They submitted a quotation which is based on the Framework Agreement and therefore gives comfort that the proposal from them is value for money.",
