Description

Warrington Brough Council have appointed a contractor to deliver a 'Public Health Funeral' service for the Borough. This requirement relates to the provision of Public Health Funerals as required under Section 46 of the Public Health Control of Diseases Act 1984. Where somebody dies within the Borough and there is nobody willing or able to undertake the funeral, the duty falls upon the local authority.
