The work with CIPFA has been successful and of benefit to PCC as there will be one methodology to cover both domestic and commercial buildings which also brings efficiencies in officer time and training requirements. There is therefore compliance to the required metrics:\n\u2022\tspeed of available response, including, capacity to meet required deadlines, ability to familiarise itself with PCC requirements within the timescales specified and, ability to attend the properties within a maximum timeframe; \n\u2022\tquality, capability, expertise, specific service specialism, past satisfactory performance, prior experience, availability of resources and proposed methods of undertaking the Services; \n\u2022\tprice is determined by framework agreement and the current service provision to PCC",
