    "description": "The Healthy Child Programme is an integrated service for expectant parents, children, young\npeople and their families, delivering interventions from the pre-natal stage up to the age of 19.\nThe programme provides place-based interventions and support, led by a Specialist\nCommunity Public Health Nurse workforce.\nEvery family is offered an evidence-based package of screening, developmental reviews,\ninformation and guidance to support parenting and healthy outcomes. The use of communitybased assets is central to the universal offer and to address inequalities. The service will build\non Salford\u0027s assets and strengths, working in partnership with the full range of children\u0027s\nservices, and where appropriate adults\u0027 services such as education; children\u0027s social care;\nEarly Help; VCFSE partners, as well as working with NHS services for example, primary care,\nmidwifery, paediatrics and mental health services.\nWe\u0027re seeking an innovative and ambitious partner to deliver this essential, universal\nprogramme. By working collaboratively the Healthy Child Programme will be a key part of the\nSalford system ensuring every child and family receives the support they need to achieve their\nfull potential.",
