    "description": "The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of Soft Strip Out works to Bastion House.\nBastion House is an office block located in the Barbican area of the City of London, designed by Powell and Moya it was completed in 1976. The Works will comprise of the soft strip out to Bastion House, from and including Levels 3-15 on a fixed price lump sum basis.\nThe tenderers are required to submit tenders comprising of comprehensive responses to the ITT \u2018quality\u2019 questions outlined in the Quality Questionnaire \u0026 ITT documents alongside a Commercial submission addressing the requirements outlined below. The scoring criteria and weighting between the \u2018quality\u2019, \u2018commercial\u2019 and \u2018Responsible Procurement\u2019 sections is outlined within the ITT. All sections must be provided in order for a tender to be evaluated as compliant.\nContractors are to provide a fixed price for the following elements of work, removal and disposal of:\nFor the below please refer to MEP and Fabric Strip out specification and technical preliminaries document in the tender documents (Section B).\n\u2022\tAll interior fixtures, fittings \u0026 furnishings.\n\u2022\tInternal ceilings/false ceilings \u0026 soffit finishes.\n\u2022\tNon-load bearing partitions, internal walls.\n\u2022\tRemoval of all raised floors \u0026 floor coverings.\n\u2022\tAll joinery, door frames/architraves.\n\u2022\tTemporary removable structures.\n\u2022\tAll non-structural furnishings, finishes \u0026 fittings to internal areas.\n\u2022\tMEP Scope defined as per MEP and Fabric Strip out specification and technical preliminaries document\u2019 found in Section B of the Tender Documents.\n\u2022\tRemoval of Asbestos as per BH Addendum Specification 001\n\u2022\tTemporary lighting, power, water and services requirements.
