    "description": "Hartlepool Council have worked with Lynnfield over the past 2 years with Lynnfield operating a specialist educational support hub in order to ensure that new international arrivals have been supported to not only settle and integrate but are able to receive the best possible education for primary aged children including intensive language support. Continuing to utilise the services of the support hub provided by Lynnfield will ensure consistency of approach for the children and families involved as well as effective transition support to other primary and secondary settings for the children.\nHartlepool Virtual School will retain oversight of the programme and will have clear and open communications with the provider in relation to expectations together with any adaptations required for the support over the duration of this proposed agreement.\nIn essence, the funding will primarily cover staff costs with the remainder being used for resources.\nThis is a contract extension of the arrangement in place from 01/09/23 to 31/08/25.",
