A change in supplier and competitive tender would result in:\nDelays of 4-6 months in installation and commissioning, and\nTechnical and operational risk to delivery of AMP8 regulatory outcomes.\nThe supplier has  proven capability to deliver compliant systems, having previously delivered seven units for United Utilities.\nUnited Utilities plans to issue a Pre-Market Engagement Notice in Q1 2026 in advance of launching a \u00a320m+ long-term framework tender for delivery of ongoing BESS requirements across multiple sites across the AMP.",
