Stop smoking services will deliver behavioural support, pharmacotherapy, and harm reduction strategies, including NRT and vapes, in line with NICE guidance. \nKey deliverables include a high-profile universal programme, targeted interventions, a specialist weight management service, and a community stop smoking service with multiple referral routes. The provider must ensure accessibility, maintain strong partnerships with local health, care, and community networks, and operate flexibly to meet evolving needs. Performance will be monitored through KPIs such as quit rates, BMI reduction, and sustained behaviour change, with follow-up at 6 and 12 months. The service also requires robust safeguarding, data protection compliance, and trained multidisciplinary staff to deliver interventions safely and effectively.",
