    "description": "The Council has a requirement for a specialist contractor to undertake window (core) sampling through the Hunstanton Coastal Defence promenade deck, as per recommendations of geotechnical investigations. \nWindow samples are required every 25m along the 1.5km of the promenade to confirm the presence of voids and their extent.
