Lot Description: PURCH2704 University of Glasgow – Gilmorehill Low Carbon Heat - Stage 1. The University is seeking proposals from experienced providers/consortium partners who possess a demonstratable track-record in the successful design, delivery and operation of low carbon heat systems to meet the thermal comfort and carbon reduction requirements to achieve the university’s aspirations to be operationally carbon neutral by 2030.
