    "procurementMethodRationale": "This equipment will be used to support the removal of sample bottles that have we have no provenance or inventory of what these bottles contain (could contain Nuclear Material) or when these samples were manufactured?  Some of these are in aging fumehoods/gloveboxes and we have to start to remove these so we can clear out the laboratories and move them out of operations and into surveillance and maintenance.  The task is a key target for the next financial year, and we would like to use the funds that we have left in this years budget.  This will get us off to a fast start in the new financial year.  The equipment will need to be calibrated and number of other checks/commissioning that we need to do before we can use these items in the facility.",
