The Contract will be for a term of 3 years and has an estimated value of \u00a3275,689 (exclusive of VAT). \nIt is considered that this contract can be awarded under Section 41 of the Procurement Act 2023 because the direct award justification specified in paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 (single supplier \u2013 technical reasons) applies.\nThis is because the Centurion system is the only professional standards software recommended by the College of Policing that can be fully integrated with software used by the Home Office and all territorial police forces in England and Wales and the only tool from which Police Professional Standards national statistics are calculated. There are no other reasonable alternatives.",
