    "description": "Malvern Town Council is looking to appoint a company to provide play equipment to improve and enhance the play area at Victoria Park, Malvern\nDesign proposals are invited and should include the following.\n1)\tNew equipment within existing Play Area\nFollowing a recent public consultation, the survey results produced an overview of what items of equipment would like to see in the play area: -\n\u2022\tIn-ground trampoline\n\u2022\tLarge multi-use climbing frame with slide\n\u2022\tClimbing wall/structure/Net Climbers/Fireman poles\n\u2022\tSee Saw\n\u2022\tClatter Bridge\n\u2022\tAccessible wheelchair ramps, swings and roundabouts\n\u2022\tAccessible picnic tables and seating\n\u2022\tInteractive learning equipment (ABACUS, Cogs, Ball maze)\nThis is a sample of what the public would like to see. It is not exhaustive and other suitable and dynamic ideas are invited.\nPlease find attached to the tender document a copy of the Victoria Park Consultation survey results.\nIt is envisaged that this part of the tender will cost a maximum of \u00a3160,000.\n2)\tNew equipment to be sited immediately adjacent to the south of the existing play area\nTo supply and install one large wooden climbing frame and trim trail.\nIt is envisaged that this part of the tender will cost in the region of \u00a340,000.\n3)\tPlay Area Equipment which is to remain within the park area is as follows:\n\u2022\tToddler Play Area\n\u2022\tLarge Swing Set\n\u2022\tSmall Swing Set\n\u2022\tZip Wire\nThe tender price to also include\n\u2022\tRemoval of existing equipment and deteriorated rubber safety surfacing.\n\u2022\tInstallation of new rubber safety surfacing where required.\n\u2022\tAll arisings to be cleared off site.\n\u2022\tAreas must be Heras fenced off during works.\nSafety surface:\n\u2022\tThe use of rubber grass matting and wet pour is acceptable dependent on the siting of the play equipment.\nMaximum Budget \u00a3200,000",
