Submission of data for regional and national reports, when requested.\n- Calculation of patient doses for radiation incidents.\n- Presence at visits by CQC, as required.\n- Support for radiographer routine quality control.\n- Provision and maintenance of spreadsheets for the recording and review of radiographer routine quality control measurements.\n- Regular monitoring of routine quality control measurements, comparing with national standards and regional data, where available.\n- Performance measurements and support for the QA of breast ultrasound equipment as recommended in NHSBSP Standards.\n- Performance measurements of primary reporting monitors as recommended in NHSBSP Standards.",
