WRAP has agreed in principle to take over coordination of the project from  1st January 2026.\nGood Stuff International (GSI) is the project\u0027s delivery partner. The purpose of this temporary direct award from WRAP to GSI is to provide continuity in project delivery during the transfer of the project to WRAP.",

    "procurementMethodRationale": "WRAP has been in discussion throughout 2025 about the possibility of taking over the project coordinator role whilst seeking reassurance from business funders about continuity of support.\nHowever, as the current agreement terminates at the end of December, this gives WRAP no flexibility over procurement options to maintain continuity in delivery from the beginning of January. \nContinuity in delivery is critical taking into account the expert service providers required to deliver the project. If the project cannot offer continuity, these service providers need to secure alternative employment and delivery is impacted as expertise, capacity and relationship holders are forced to leave the project.",
