There was no requirement to publish this onto FTS as per the process laid out in the framework guide.\nThis framework was previously competed and allows for Direct Award.\nThe contract was awarded based on MAT criteria, determining that the supplier has unique experience and understanding of relevant engineering products (PLM tools) within the Nuclear sector. \nTherefore, this opportunity to was not posted as we deemed running a competitive process poor value for money (time and resources) for this short-term contract.\nThe next phase of any piece of work will be released to the market.",
