The contractor will contract direct for Rooftop Housing Association and will cover properties in the Worcester, Evesham and Gloucester areas. \r\n\r\nThis contract was procured as a direct award under Efficiency East Midlands\u0027s Vacant Property Services Framework (EEM0071) Lots 1, 2 and 3.
