    "description": "The scope of the services are to provide dedicated capacity and capability to build a \u0027delivery planning, forecasting and tracking\u0027 model at pace.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe model will be informed by various inputs, including the work undertaken to date on the NHDF Outline Business Case, the recently launched Tactical Single Pipeline (a list of all projects that Home England may choose to support through its housing programmes) and the Agency\u0027s emerging Investment Strategy.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe outputs from the model will be used to inform Homes England Business Planning, Resource Planning and to allow multi-year dynamic forecasts to be prepared including contracted and modelled elements of the portfolio under different scenarios and policy lenses.",
