Description

Design and implement a Strategic Portfolio Coordination Function across the tripartite partners (Home Office, National Police Chiefs' Council and Association of Police and Crime Commissioners) to manage national policing capabilities (including Cloud hosted DDAT capabilities); addressing portfolio management, commissioning, financial and commercial functions, roles and responsibilities of the tripartite leadership and the overarching governance structures and boards. The development and pilot of an MVP referral management capability in order to test the strategic function and processes.
