This programme must align with ongoing and pre-existing reviews and initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to digital transformation within the LGA.  \r\n      \r\n      The programme will be underpinned by principles of knowledge theory, focusing on how individuals acquire, process, and apply information, ultimately aiming to build informed knowledge and intelligence within the senior team regarding digital capabilities.)\r\n\r\nAdditional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
