    "description": "The British Council Lebanon is seeking to sign Framework Agreements with hotels as per the required locations (see below). Hotels should have 4 stars or above to be considered for this RFP. The agreements should cover hotel accommodation and meetings \u0026 events for British Council employees and visitors, their meal plans, as well as the right to use the services of the selected hotels for any number of visits and/or meetings \u0026 events during the contract period. The scope has been divided into 7 lots as stated below and suppliers can respond to one or more lots as per their capabilities:\r\n \r\n\u2022\tLot 1: Beirut \r\n\u2022\tLot 2: Batroun\r\n\u2022\tLot 3: Bekaa\r\n\u2022\tLot 4: Broumana\r\n\u2022\tLot 5: Saida\r\n\u2022\tLot 6: Tripolie\r\n\u2022\tLot 7: Tyr\r\n \r\n\r\nThe services should include the below: \r\n\r\n\u2022\tMeetings \u0026 Events\r\n\u2022\tHotel accommodation \r\n\u2022\tA pleasant and comfortable stay for all visitors\r\n\u2022\tCorporate rates and meal supplements (breakfast, lunch, dinner)\r\n\u2022\tComplimentary Wi-Fi internet access in the guestroom and hotel public areas\r\n\u2022\tComplimentary tea/coffee and water in guestroom\r\n\u2022\tSecurity, catering, health \u0026 safety, food \u0026 beverage, and hygiene standards must be at the required standards and must meet the expectations.\r\n",
