    "description": "This Contract for the supply and installation of stock fencing, gates and associated works at six DCC owned coastal sites.\\r\r\n \\r\r\nDurham County Council is intending to appoint a single Contractor to carry out the works.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe Coastal Grasslands Reconnected project is funded by the Species Survival Fund.  The fund was developed by Defra and its Arm\u0027s-Length Bodies to tackle habitat loss and halt the decline of species abundance by 2030.  The fund is being delivered by The National Lottery Heritage Fund in partnership with Natural England and the Environment Agency\\r\r\n\\r\r\nPlease note that should the Council be unsuccessful in obtaining all / some funding the Project/Contract may be modified accordingly, (unless an alternative funding source is identified).
