    "description": "The Authority wishes to award a contract for Technology Enables Care including Call Monitoring through Procurement for Housing\u0027s Technologies for Independent Living: Telecare, Telehealth Framework, Lot 4 - Combined Telecare Equipment and Monitoring Services and Solutions.\r\n\r\nThe aim of this contract is to support the delivery of technology-enabled care to residents across North Yorkshire. It encompasses the supply and installation of equipment, ongoing maintenance, and call monitoring services for individuals using the system.\r\n\r\nThe Contract will be for a period of 2 years 26 September 2025 - 25 September 2027 with two further options to extend for a period of 1 year each.\r\nOption to Extend 1: 26 September  2027 - 25 September 2028\r\nOption to Extend 2: 26 September  2028 - 25 September 2029\r\nTherefore, the total possible Contract duration is 4 years.\r\n\r\nThe estimated value of this contract is \u00a31,035,286 excluding VAT.",
