    "description": "This project seeks expert technical support to develop Part 2 of our Foundational Specification for Case Management Systems (CMS) in adult social care (ASC). Part 1 \u0027Continuous Improvement\u0027 was completed in March 2024 and received positive feedback from both local authorities and suppliers. Part 2, \u0027Procurement\u0027, aims to tackle one of the key issues in the CMS market - lack of clarity on CMS requirements - and will finalise the overall guidance.
