    "description": "Wolverhampton Homes have appointed a General Building contractor to provide property maintenance and repair services across their estate following a mini competition pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Pretium Framework and the Public Contract Regulations 2015\r\n\r\nThe scope of works will include general property maintenance for the company\u0027s Housing Maintenance Team and wider Property Services Directorate as required. All works will be required to be completed in accordance with the applicable works specifications, performance targets, customer service and ICT requirements.\r\n\r\nThe scope will predominately deliver response repairs or remedial works associated with Disrepair Claims, within 90 days of issue, to occupied and empty homes. The contractor will support the activities of the In-House Team by providing a fully integrated and flexible service that is seamless from the customer\u0027s perspective and that ensures that value for money is achieved.",
