    "description": "Homes England is looking to procure a suitable contractor for the demolition of Riverside House, Milverton Hill, Leamington Spa and associated works.  The scope of works will include the following:\\r\r\n\\r\r\nPreparatory Approvals\\r\r\nEnabling Works\\r\r\nSite Clearance, Asbestos Removal and Soft Stripping\\r\r\nWorks to HV Substation\\r\r\nDemolition Work\\r\r\nPost Demolition Works and Boundary Treatment\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe full scope can be found within the full suite of documents attached to ProContract.\\r\r\n\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nThe opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system.
