    "description": "Homes England is currently seeking a competent Supplier for the provision of repair works to the Fellows Morton \u0026 Clayton (FMC) and Minerva Works building, Fazeley Street, Birmingham, B5 5RG.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe Works broadly comprise but not exclusively limited to the following:\\r\r\n\\r\r\nRoof works, including roof and parapet gutter repair and waterproofing to both FMC and Minerva Works Buildings;\\r\r\nInternal refurbishment and floor repairs, including replacement floor slabs;\\r\r\nFilling in of inspection pit;\\r\r\nRefurbishment of office and corridor areas;\\r\r\nBarrier off steps to loading bay;\\r\r\nRoller shutter and door maintenance, including service and repairs to shutter doors, replacement doors and damaged brickwork repair;\\r\r\nDemolition of two storey concrete block structure within the warehouse;\\r\r\nSanitary facilities construction suitable for disabled personnel; and\\r\r\nExternal grounds works including, vegetation removal, pavement light replacement, replacement of fencing, vehicle gates and pedestrian and vehicle barriers.\\r\r\n\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nThe opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system.
