    "description": "UKAEA has a requirement for a single contract which covers the following main elements. \r\n-\tGrounds Maintenance\r\n-\tTree Arboricultural works, which is classed as either Major or Minor, including surveying associated services contract.\r\n-\tPest Control Services - Routine, Reactive and expert Pest Control advice\r\n-\tAssociated Estates Services, which includes the following. \r\n-\tLandscape Architecture design for Hard and Soft landscaping. \r\n-\tInternal Planting\r\n-\tYearly Ecology reports and advice on Biodiversity and Sustainability\r\n-\tExpertise for advice and reporting to UKAEA on achieving credits within the Campus boundary for Net Gain Banking. \r\n-\tReinstatement and Planting schemes \r\n-\tProfessional Jet Washing of Paths, Resin Areas, Footpaths, and other areas as required.\r\n-\tWinter Weather support with gritting services of roads, carparks, and pathways.\r\n-\tMulti Use Games Area (MUGA) and Football Pitch maintenance. \r\n-\tDesign and build of new soft landscaping for all new builds on Campus.\r\n-\tSedum \u0027Extensive Green Roof\u0027 maintenance\r\n-\tSupply of outdoor furniture and associated items i.e., Benches, Bins, Privacy Screens, decorative planters etc\r\n-\tSupply of decorated Christmas Trees for Campus\r\n-\tLitter Management of Culham Campus",
