1. BACKGROUND 1.1 This Further Competition (FC) is being issued by Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust (BWCET) to procure Grounds Maintenance for 2 years with two 1-year extension periods via the Ethical & Sustainable Supply DPS. 1.2 The aim of BWCET is to provide outstanding education for all students attending schools within the Trust. BWCET is a fundamental part of the Newcastle and Hexham Diocese Trust model, which has expanded to a total of 48 schools covering the west of the Diocesan region. It includes 5 secondary schools, 41 primary schools, 1 first school and 1 middle school with student ages ranging from 3-19 years old. 2. OBJECTIVE 2.1 This FC sets out the requirements of this procurement and provides information on how the tender process will be managed. It also explains the clarification process and confirms the process that will be used to evaluate Tender(s)
