Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ("the Council") recognises the importance of viability being considered at the plan making stage, in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and the guidance on 'Viability and plan making' National Planning Policy Guidance (NPPG).\\r\r \\r\r Therefore, the Council is seeking to appoint experienced and qualified viability consultants with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully undertake the Viability Evidence needed to:\\r\r \\r\r a) support the Council's Local Plan Update (LPU);\\r\r b) review the Council's current Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule, set and introduce new charging rates that respond to and support the LPU policies and sites; and\\r\r c) identify potential opportunities for enhanced infrastructure funding and provision.\\r\r \\r\r Date of despatch of Tender: Wednesday 1 December 2021\\r\r Expression of Interest deadline: 11:00:00 Tuesday 11 January 2022\\r\r Request for Quote return deadline 12:00:00 Tuesday 11 January 2022
