Y&NYCA therefore wish to procure the services of a consultant to undertake these independent cost checks. The work will entail cost checks for an estimated 28 schemes as set out in Annex 1, though it is acknowledged that a small number of these schemes may not be delivered - Y&NYCA will not require an independent cost check for those discarded or postponed schemes.
