We currently conduct quarterly, bi-annual and annual surveys through an internal and manual process which is time-consuming and does not enable us to access results and put action plans in place in an efficient way.\r\n      \r\n      Sizewell C are seeking to evolve their approach to employee engagement to a faster, streamlined, automated process using an external provider with expertise in this area. The successful bidder(s) will work with internal Sizewell C teams in a collaborative way to shape the survey questions, implement the survey tool(s) and data reporting platform(s) and upskill the administrators in using the tool and platform. \r\n      \r\n      Sizewell C is seeking a longer-term partner(s) to deliver the required surveys  - and is seeking to award contract for at least 3 years (with potential option to extend for at least a further 2 years).",
