    "description": "The Contract is being offered under a competitive bidding process via the Complete Tender Management (CTM) and the NNL\u0027s Terms and Conditions will govern any resultant Contract.\r\n\r\nKey dates:\r\nPublication of Tender Gateway Questions via CTM - 10/02/2025\r\nDeadline for submission of Tender Gateway Questions - 20/02/2025\r\nIssue Gateway Questions notifications - 21/02/2025\r\nIssue of Tender pack via CTM - 24/02/2025\r\n\r\nScope of Services:\r\nProvide an online assessment that efficiently manages a high volume of applications.\r\n\"Offer an \u0027off the shelf\u0027 solution that evaluates candidates against UKNNL values and behaviours.\"\r\nEnsure the assessment is suitable for both graduate and apprentice candidates, considering their varying levels of skill, knowledge, and life experience.\r\nMobile-enabled, recognising that mobile phones are the preferred device for many candidates.\r\nShort in length, able to complete in 20 minutes or less without a time limit, engaging, and capable of providing timely feedback.\r\nSupport multiple languages to accommodate non-native English speakers.\r\nMaintain completion rates over 90%.\r\nProvide round-the-clock technical support.\r\nIntegrate with UKNNL\u0027s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Tribepad, to ensure efficient communication and process management.\r\nAllow for UKNNL branding to enhance the candidate experience.\r\nProvide all candidates with a performance report highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development.\r\nDemonstrate protection of personal candidate data in compliance with UKNNL CISO requirements.\r\nHold Cyber Essentials certification.\r\nCater for candidates with accessibility issues, providing reasonable adjustments such as extra time for those with conditions like dyslexia or neurodiverse conditions.\r\nEnsure the assessment does not adversely impact candidates from minority groups, including females, ethnic minorities, those from low socio-economic backgrounds, and neurodiverse candidates.\r\nPrevent candidates from using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT during the assessment to ensure the measurement of true potential.
